Who is Coach Phod?
Welcome to my site, I am Coach Phod, a dedicated online fitness coach committed to helping you not only identify your goals but also understand their roots and achieve them through sustainable programming and lifestyle guidance. My approach is grounded in the principles of functional fitness, which can be distilled into three core objectives:

While we all appreciate the aesthetic benefits of working out, I assure you that the physique you desire will naturally result from focusing on these three pillars.
It's time to move beyond the days of dedicating 90 minutes to chest workouts on Mondays, followed by equal time for leg exercises on Tuesdays, and so on. Instead, my coaching method emphasizes training your body according to its natural movement patterns, fostering development and functionality rather than merely building muscles for beachside admiration.
Rest assured, I will help you craft a body you can be proud of every time you look in the mirror. However, it is crucial to recognize that a purely bodybuilding-focused approach often results in a great-looking body that doesn't necessarily perform or feel as good as it looks.
Training with me, we can achieve both, ensuring ‘the feel good and look good’ parallel.

My top level service. Coaching based around you and your goals. We really get down to the nitty gritty of why your goals are your goals, then we put a plan in place to get there. Daily programming, weekly check-ins. Subscription £175/4 weeks.
